Crafted Coffee Co

This place always seemed busy whenever I passed by, so I wanted to give it a try. I finally visited today with my family for Mother's Day breakfast/brunch, and despite the cafe being extremely busy, the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was also delicious, no wonder this place is always packed with customers!

We stopped for a well earned refreshment and to suss the place out. I was impressed firstly by the cleaning I saw going on at tables and chairs as people left and by the general all round neat and tidy appearance. of Crafted As a high people turnover type of place, these aspects are often left. Well done. The menu is pretty extensive and has a great range to cover most tastes, including some real vegetarian options. There was also a neat and tidy display cabinet with all manner of goodies for those that want the visual stimulus rather than ordering from a menu. The food I saw coming out looked good although this time we had no time. Next time! My partners coffee was rated "very good "which is pretty high praise from her. My chai latte was awful; very sweet and bitter but I was thirsty so drank it fine. But hey, that is no reason to complain; the coffee was excellent, the chai latte was not...no big deal. Staff were friendly and speedy and most tables were taken so that is a good sign.

I only had a cup of coffee which was average. I am not sure what bean they are using but the coffee shot was drowned in milk. I fail to understand why such a large cafe wouldn’t have professional baristas to ensure constant good quality coffees. Besides this it’s a good place to watch passing by people….
